My husband has these really bright, colorful underwear, and he enjoys wearing them. Dont get me wrong, I do know that men's underwear are not all white, but solid bright orange, solid lemon green, solid mint green, etc? Really? Should I be worried? What do you guys think?

I think it's the next step to wearing panties. I don't own any men's underwear I only wear panties. I think you should buy him some nice panties to start with. My wife loves me in panties and you will love seeing him in panties!
What do you not find them sexy? I bet this is the case isnt it. If you think his underwear is well fruity and you would sometimes like him to wear something more sexually appealing why not just talk to him about it. I see nothing wrong with wearing colourful undies but you dont seem to be getting a turn on from it.
Seems normal to me. Nowadays many men, myself included, wear colorful lacy women's underwear, although we wear something less flamboyant when we go to the Dr. or to the gym. Look at the colorful boxers of the guys who wear their pants half way off their ass; hearts, flowers, bright colors, etc.
...In my opinion...as long as the underwear is clean...it's okay...though I wouldn't wear those kinds of colors myself...personal preference...

Did he suddenly change them to colors? And he used to wear white? If it was my husband I would be slightly concerned, Maybe it's just a mid life crisis thang. And he's trying to feel young.
