I have cold feet and hands. I also have low blood pressure and therefore less circulation in my hands and feet. Regular exercise will help.

It's most likely bad circulation. I have the same thing with my hands and feet, except mine turn blue or purple (literally!) the things that you can do to keep them warm and increase your blood circulation is to hold them higher instead of below waist level and to keep them moving to encourage the blood flow. No worries though, it's nothing serious and the doctors can't do anything (I've tried!)

Mine are always cold as well. There's a name for the condition, it's harmless but if it bothers you that much, maybe see a doctor to make sure it's not a serious circulation problem. And I get the icy cold feeling, like they don't produce their own heat rather than suck the life out of whoseeer warrm neck you stick them in :)

It is due to bad blood circulation, its just the way your body works, but it is normal.

If in a cold place, yes, the extremities get colder first. But if theyre always colder than the rest of your body, even in warmer temps, you may have bad circulation.
