So my friends & I were messing around 1day & they were talking about how we should eat healthy now so we look good when we get olde, & so we won't have to get a boob job or a butt job. Well as a joke I said ya when I get older in going to get a boob job butt job, & everything like that

Well my guy friend said no u don't need a boob job u all ready have nice boobs.
& that is so weird yo me because we don't like each other we never said anything like that to each other in fact I kind of think he is gay!!!! So why would he care what my boobs look like???? I know he does not like me like that cause he says he likes this girl.
But why would he say that to me??????

    He's a guy, he doesn't have to like you anymore than a friend to tell you that you have nice boobs. He probably didn't think you would get offended by it truthfully.

    To me it sounded as you asked him if you had nice boobs without directly saying it and he dont have to be in love with you to tell you that you have nice boobs...

    everyone has an opinion on breasts (gay men and straight women too). most guys i know prefer small natural breasts over large fake ones, so that alone should tell you how most men feel about implants(i'm not sure if they still prefer natural breasts once they get saggy though...). just take it as a compliment and move on. you don't have to have feelings for someone to admire their physical attributes so there is no need to worry about him having a crush on you or having to feel uncomfortable around him. chances are he's not the only one of your friends who thinks you have a nice chest, he's just the first one to say it out loud.
