Is it normal that my gums swell up??

Every now and then, il eat something and the next day I wake up with swollen gums, it's soo tender and I just don't know what it's from or if it's even normal???

    It means they are inflamed. You also might have deep pockets. Flossing should help and might try a better brand of toothpaste. This happens sometimes.

    My boyfriend is allergic to all fruit and I am allergic to nuts and gluten and cinnamon gum burns ulcers inside my mouth.

    Take notice of what you have eaten when it happens, you could be allergic to something if it only happens at certain times.
