I've only been seeing her for 3 days and she wants me to stop seeing my female friends, yet she still can keep her male friends. I really don't understand why. I'm not going to cheat or anything like that.

Only 3 days? Leave her ass! It's much better than being stuck with the jealous type. And think about how much worse things will get the deeper the relationship. I'd leave her before you get too close and it becomes harder.

Until you break up with her I think there is nothing wrong if your girlfriend wishes to keep you away from your female friends even if you're not going to cheat. You should listen to her and avoid unneeded contact with other girl friends and if you've some work with them, you can explain it to her. That would help her gain trust in you and when you've gained enough of her faith, I'm sure she won't mind if you talk or walk with other girls but within a limit. It's not like she is trying to control you. As you said yourself you've only been seeing her for 3 days which means neither of you knows each other closely. She is most probably trying to be able to put her faith in you, If you want to be trusted you've got to create that trust.
If she can see her male friends, you should be allowed to see your female friends.
Dude, she's got no right to control your life like that without following her own rules. I just said what everybody else is saying but it's true. Jealousy kills more relationships than anything else, and I think that she's got disturbingly low confidence in herself if she really needs to tie you up to "save" your relationship.
3 days? Yeaaahhhhh! I'm a girl and I would say, you either stand your ground and be a man and show her that you're a man and not a toy she can control or just end it right now before any more time goes by! I mean women tend to get like that after a few solid few months and if you have flirted and maybe have good 'grounds' to maybe suggest that she does not like SOME of the girls but not this.
