    It's pretty common for this to happen but that's why you're dating her and not them. I have completely different taste than my friends too. I kind of like it that way anyways...had someone stolen from me in high school.

    Luckily looks aren't that important on a guy. I know alot of guys who are more sucessful at dating then me and are much worse looking haha. Just compensate by being extra cool and funny. I've noticed people in general become better looking the more people grow to like them.

    Ignore them!!

    I like it that way myself. People often call me and my man Beauty and the Beast which I think is ridiculously cruel coz I think he's just lovely. Their loss that they can't see it too.
