Yeah my girl likes my gut. It's not a big gut, I'd say it's a medium sized one? I've got 18% body fat on me and looking to slim down. I'm afraid she's not going to like it. If ur a woman do u like a man's gut?
If your girlfriend only cares for your appearance and not your personally then just do what you want to do and either she will accept you for who you are or ditch you just because you lost 5 % of that.
It can be cute but I think if your girl loves you for you, she'll love you regardless of your gut's size
Fortunately, everyone has different interests, cause if we didnt, then there would be very few people (if any) together.
I definitely prefer him not to have one, and every single one of my female friends would agree. Having said that, I wouldn't neccesarily be put off by him having one or find it to be that big a deal. The same way a guy might prefer girls with big breasts but then not really be that bothered about it if the girl he likes has small ones.
My bf has a gut on him and I find it quite endearing and sexy. I don't know why, but I do. I also wouldn't like him any less or find him any less attractive if he lost it, which is probably the case with your gf.
I am a woman, abit of a gut is fine on a guy as long as its in fairly good proportion with the rest of your bod.
18% body fat is healthy.
