My girlfriend and I have been dating for well over one year and whenever we have the sexy times she always complains of pain at first, sometimes calling the whole thing off because of too much pain, even after months of sex on a fairly regular basis (about 3-6 times per week). I'm not sure if I should be concerned about any type of medical problems she might have or if I should try to have sex more often so it's not painful for her. As for me, I don't think my penis size is anywhere near exceptional, around 6" in length and a diameter of around 5", if memory serves. So... Is this normal?

    A baby can come out of a vagina, so a penis wouldn't have a problem going in or cause that much pain.

    I mean the initial penetration does hurt but it should go after a few thrusts, so I think she should consult her doctor and ask about it.

    It sounds like it might be vaginismus. Either way, she should seek medical opinion.
