My girlfriend always leaves her glass with a mouthfull of whatever she is drinking. No matter what. I have bugged her about it for years but she still does it. How do I get her to do something about it?
I always leave a little in the glass or on the plate :P just so the plate/glass wont be lonely!
You don't need to get her to do anything. What else are you trying to control about her? Work on your control issues.
What is wrong with YOU? She doesn't want to drink the nasty backwash; why are you trying to make her??
My sis and her hubby are like that too and i think it's so wasteful. They almost never empty a coke can and often leave like 1/4
I do it too. It's like leftover backwash of whats been sitting in their the longest. Or if I leave my cup/soda out for a while without touching it (like an hour or so) I won't drink it because bugs or a significant amount of dust could have settled in it. Drinking a bee down can do that to you. It's like a mini PTSD.
Also if you've ever watch Man, Woman, Wild on the discovery channel you'll find out Mykel Hawke does it too! He calls it "the poison."
My bf will tease me about it but he usually does me the favor of drinking what I won't finish. Gross. But at least it doesn't go to waste.
I do it. I just feel like I'm drinking down all my backwash. I also don't eat the last bite of what ever I'm eating from time to time because I feel like my saliva is all on that one piece. Why make her drink it. If it bothers you then you drink it.
really, you are being to anal about an issue that isn't even an issue. it's creepy you notice and that it bothers you.
The same here. And she leaves food on the plate. It is perfectly fine drink or food but she has this something a little bit.
