We recently confessed to ech other we are not interested in sex as much as cuddling and kissing, and being with each other.... Basically extra question is: Do you think we will stick to the promise
So you both have more interest in cuddling and kissing? It's not really normal for a couple to feel that way, but if it works for you two, then go with what works.
Why would ya'll not want to get it on never ever? There are indeed reasons to take ya'll's time wait, but what's with the never ever stuff? How old are ya'll?

Very rare thing these days. Hold on to that innocence as long as you can. I remember when I was 15 I was like that and then, once I had sexual intercourse, it was all over and now I feel the need to have it.

If you're both asexual or just not turned on by the other, why do you need a promise when your feelings may well change over time? That's about as stupid as wedding vows to love someone for ever and ever.
And no I don't think you'll stick to it, because it would be very unusual for a young (I assume you are?) couple who presumably love each other to not want sex eventually
