It's pretty commonplace for a woman to have a look of pain when they have sex. Matter of fact, if she orgasms that should be almost exactly what it looks like.
Sounds like she doesn't like the sex. Little known fact, but men can be to big for women, especially if she's not turned on. It still feels good, but it hurts to and is uncomfortable. Try not going in as far and see if it makes a difference? It really seems like she likes to be sexual with you, but the sex itself isn't so pleasing..
Yea, try what Kelili and MissyLeyneous advised. I am pretty sure she is having some discomfort and it is not about your performance.
Why don't you *gently* but frankly ask her what's wrong?

Maybe she hurts. If the penetration has been difficult sometimes it hurts. The best way to know is to have a frank conversation. Or maybe it's just the way she expresses pleasure
