I don't know what to think. She's been talking to me about how she wants to have sex with her boyfriend. He's a nice guy, and they are like best friends. But I'm afraid if they don't use protection correctly, they both end up screwed. There goes her ice hockey career...I'm just stuck in the middle, and don't know what to think. Maybe its just her teenage urges getting the best of her.

    You need to show her some videos of child birth. If my daughter/friend wanted to have at 13 I'd very calmly take to the computer and find the bloodiest birth you've every seen and have her watch it. THEN I would show her the statistics about how many young teens get knocked up because of misused contraception. 13 is too young to start birth control, so if she has just ONE condom rip she could get pregnant. I'd also outline that the first time you have sex you'll most likely bleed everywhere.

    13 is too young to be thinking about sex. If you aint got tits, don't turn tricks!

    How old are you to be hanging with a 13yo? And i would definitely say no to her doing that but its not your choice to make.

    I lost my virginity at 13, and in hindsight I wish I had waited, but I don't think it ruined my life or anything. I am a male by the way.

    Just both got to be really careful. You have to explain that at that age you cant just mess around cause she can end up prego.
