My friend down the road thinks Freddie Mercury was straight. I've told him time and time again that he was gay but he likes Queen so much he can't accept it. Being gay is not a bad thing but he thinks that being gay makes him weird.

Is it normal that he doesn't believe me that Freddie isn't gay? It's really annoying because it's a fact but he's treating it as opinion!

    You need to tie your friend down and put him under pressure. Show him the real life, he's living in a fantasy. He needs to open his eyes.

    What if he is gay himself, but is using this as an excuse to cover up his shame over his own sexuality? Also, I think Freddie was actually bisexual.

    How on earth could anyone think he was straight. He just looks like he could shit out a rainbow.
    Tell your friend that it doesnt matter what Freddie's sexual preference was, it doesnt change the fact that he was an amazing artist that could sing like no one else.

    @urbanartlover not sure if you know this, but gay people aren't the only ones to get and die from AIDS. bi-sexual people get it too, as well as straight people.
