Is it normal that my friend said my boyfriend was 'huge'?

I made a post a couple of months ago about my boyfriend and this girl who I think is a bit obsessed with him. She wouldn't leave us alone and started telling him lies about me, saying I wasn't worth it and dropping not-so-discreet hints about wanting to meet up. After a while, it died down, but now I think something might have changed.
She isn't a very popular girl and as far as I know, her and my boyfriend have stopped talking. He swears he doesn't like her and I wasn't worried at all (as I said on my post before, she isn't the prettiest of girls) until earlier this evening, when she wrote a (and it's petty I know, but after all that's happened I can't help being paranoid) Facebook status saying '*my boyfriends name* is absolutely huge'
I know this could be anything, or anyone, and could mean something entirely different. It could be a reference to some tv programme, I don't know. However, I did notice that my boyfriend 'liked' the status. I know this sounds really petty but I don't think that they would play some kind of trick/joke like this on me, but could it be, even if it's just a tiny chance, that this was a little indication of sexual contact between the two of them? Is it normal that I'm worrying about it? Could he be lying to me about his feelings to her and if so, does this mean that this status was a snide message aimed at me?
I'm really worried about this, please answer!

I think you can rule out the possibility of it being a trick. The fact that your boyfriend 'liked' the offending status is pretty fishy. Confront him, and ask for an explanation. You are his girlfriend after all.
I'd be extremely concerned if this happened to me, though the status may not have been referring to his penis as you probably imagined.

Just kill this game they're playing. Tell your boyfriend that one of you is going to disappear from his life and he has until your bags are packed to decide. If you're not willing to do that and mean it, don't be surprised at whatever happens next. You know something happened with them- just because you can't prove it doesn't mean you have to put up with it.
Tell him you're not willing to be the *ss in their joke anymore and then ignore his pathetic excuses.

Sounds suspicious. I don't think that they are to be trusted. However, there is nothing wrong with asking him about it. Better yet, give him an ultimatum.
