    Pupil dilation can be from different things not just that. Someone's pupils can dilate from other emotions as well like intense concentration, fear, anxiety, joy, or any strong emotional state. Also, someone's pupils can get larger due to the consumption of certain types of drugs or medications. Also, are you really 18, because it seems like an 18 year old wouldn't be so naive about such things.
