Friends for about a year. We talked/saw each other every week for a year. She got engaged and started planning her wedding. She never calls, emails, texts, etc. I call, email and text her, but she doesn't return. She has no time to get together because she is busy every weekend.

I've never been through this wedding planning phase with a friend. Is it normal that she doesn't have time for me right now? I feel hurt by this, but I want to cut her some slack if indeed this is just normal behavior for someone planning a wedding.

    wait and see, dont get hurt feelings. if you get invited all is ok, if you dont then its hard not to feel miffed. remain positive and friendly, its a busy & special time for her. btw if you dont go to the wedding next time you see her warmly congratulate her

    She sounds like a drug addict bitch - maybe you should punch her - and posdibly kidnap her pets ? If that does not satisfy - i would contemplate arson ? Do you also like to inhale farts ?
