Is it normal that my friend is a douche when he has a hairflip?

So my best friend grew out his hair and I noticed it started to flip like Justin burner. Then he started to play the guitar like me. So he was super protective about everything and he was a huge douche to me and all our friends. Then about 6 months later we tried to be friends again and I noticed he didnt flip his hair and we had fun like the old days. The next day he flipped his hair and he was a douche. Next year he was a slightly less douche and his hairflip wasn't so jb. Then he started going out with my ex and his flip grew. Then his hair got cut but was still a douche. He has no personality and I want to be friends with him still

    Justin Bieber doesn't have that haircut anymore, thank god! Anyway, it's amazing what a haircut can do to a person.

    I realise that I am going out on a limb here but just bare with me. What if he has Multiple Personality Disorder and the only way it gets activated is when he flips his hair? When he flips his hair, he becomes that guitar playing asshole. When he doesn't flip his hair, he is the same loveable friend that you all knew so well.
