Well i was sitting next to my friend on the couch, and she said that she felt queasy like she had the butterflies, does that mean she was feeling sick,i didn't ask why and feel bad now that i probably should have asked if they were ok?

    She was either feeling sick, had a cramp, or likes someone in the area.

      what do u mean by area, the only people upstairs was her and me..
