My step sister (just like a friend) wouldn't ask this for her self to many people but she keeps asking me... Is it normal that she masturbates almost every time she showers?? (around 3 times a week) she says she doesn't do it because she's horny (most of the time)but she finds it entertaining. She's 14 and still a virgin. She keeps wondering if too much masturbating is bad for her and is it normal or not?

    First of all, in your title you say "constantly", in your post you say "three times a week". Three times a week is occasionally, not constantly. Constantly would be if she masturbated e.g. ten times A DAY, or many hours every day.
    What would you think if someone ate only 3 times a week? Would it mean that this person is at risk of overeating, constantly eating, high risk of obesity etc?
    So, she is not masturbating constantly, but only sometimes, 3 times a week. Nothing wrong with that, she can do it whenever she wants and how often she needs or wants without being worried. Masturbation is not harmful or dangerous.

    If she's masturbating 3 times a week I feel that's normal. I don't think it's healthy for anyone to masturbate constantly (Just my opinion) but in moderation is totally normal and fine. Especially since she's at that teen age.. girls and guys get super horny around the teen years lol

    There is NO SUCH THING as "too much" female masturbation.. the more the better. I mean that seriously. The more she explores down there, the better she will understand what turns her on and what feels good, and as a result will have better sex when she becomes sexually active.
