Is it normal that my fingertips get tingly/numb/feel funny?

Everytime I do up a shirt or anything with buttons, everytime I sew or grab something really small, or try to make a task that involves detailed moves with my fingertips, they get all numb and feel funny. It's like they fell asleep or something, I kinda like it, but sometimes it gets in the way when I try to do things.

    You need to go to a doctor. You could have circulatory or neurological problems that cause that, and it's nothing to ignore.
