Is it normal that my fiance only considers penetration cheating?

I was recently at a club and had a few women hit on me. I revealed that i was engaged and wont cheat, which only made them want me more.... When I got home, I told her about what had happened and how good I'd been... She didn't seem to care, her only comment was that she is OK if I give or receive oral and she is OK with me doing anything as long as I do not fuck them because she doesn't consider it cheating. I asked her if she would do that with other guys and she says that doesn't interest her because she has me. However I know she is into women and eventually wants to have an experience with a woman while I watch. I guess I am just confused by the situation, and I am wondering is it normal?

    sounds like she is saying its okay for you so she doesnt feel guilty or you dont get pissed off when she sleeps with another woman. because technically a woman cant "penetrate" another woman. im sure that if she sees another woman giving you a head job or you fingering another chick, she will change her mind.

    her thinking kinda makes sense. *note that i said kinda* her main worry is possibly you getting some other chick pregnant. but on the other hand, you can get STDs. hmm.... i'm not sure what to tell you there.
