Is it normal that my fiancé and i are same size appearancewise?

Hello! My fiancé told me today he weighs 185. I haven't seen him ever get on a scale, so I don't know if he was lying or not. He is about 6'1-2". I weigh about 220.. Terrible yes I know but I am taking steps to lose it. I gained weight from medication but anyway... I am about 5'8. Our waists are the same size and if anything I am smaller because when I wear hoodies of his they are larger on me than him. I do have large breats (38DDD) and a decent sized butt. So could that be why I weigh so much more? Or his he lying maybe? Please let me know because it doesn't make sense that I am shorter and weigh more but he is same size or larger?! Let me just say I love my fiances body I think it's amazing and I actually prefer chubby dudes and wish he would gain weight to be chubby... That's another story but just a disclaimer :)

    Body density isn't exactly uniform. Fat is actually fairly light so it's possible that your assets cause you to weigh more however you might want to verify his weight. 185 at 6'2 is definitely not chubby.

      I don't find him chubby, but I find myself chubby. If that makes sense? But like I said l, we have the same size waist and such but if anything I am smaller. But maybe he just doesn't want to tell me! Thanks so much for helping me understand!:)

        No, it makes sense, if you are 5'8 and 200 lbs and you are a female so I'd say a good amount of your fat is stored in your hips-thighs-butt-breasts area whereas most of his is probably stored in his waist, so this is probably a matter of distribution if anything.

        Unless losing the weight will cause you to completely lose your breasts and the like, then more than likely you will always be a little denser than him, but woman naturally store more fat than men do for reproductive survival purposes.

      Yeah. I used to be skinny, about 110:( then I got hospitalized and they put me on some medicines that made me gain weight. :/ I eat healthy though and just got a gym membership so hopefully I will be small again! :)

        I didn't mean just small as in skinny, but height too. I'm 5'3'' (and also weigh about 110 lbs).
