Is it normal that my father figure is attracted to me?

Ever since I was 16 years old I noticed my step parent was acting strange. The way he acted towards me was different. He offered me drugs/alcohol and he peaked on me while I was showering. I noticed my dirty underwear go missing and then reappear in noticeable places. I thought maybe I was just being paranoid but then he actually recently sent me "sexy" text messages. I am so disturbed. I think of him as my father so this all seems very WRONG to me. I don't know what to do about this situation. He is my mothers husband and my siblings father. I don't want to ruin the family but I am scared.

    1) YOU aren't the one ruining anything. HE's the one doing it by putting you in a difficult position.

    2) Do you have younger siblings? Remember... if he's nasty enough to target you when you were underage... do you think he won't do it to others?

    Sometimes staying silent just enables them to keep on doing it. Or worse, it *encourages* them to do more

    Tell your mother and show her the messages. Or tell another adult you trust. He can't be allowed to get away with this..

    So you can do one of 2 things. Lure him in and get him to send you text msgs or record them then black mail him. I dont see how he could hurt you and then get away without your mom knowing. You could also just tell him to leave you alone and see how he acts.

    I agree with the above comments. You have to tell someone or he might try to do this to others! Don't worry about ruining the family. It's better for them to be brought into the light then stay blindly in The dark. If your mother doesn't believe you then forget her and take it to the authorities.

      It's not that easy. He is a big man compared to me. He has been violent to me in the past so I just avoid him. If I were to say something I'm almost positive he would become angry and hurt me.
