Is it normal that my fantasies are so in depth?

I have normal fantasies like being the centre of attention during crisis and developing super powers, however, I can spend hours at a time lying awake just imagining things and building up an entire fantasy universe. One of my more frequent fantasies is that I'm a big Hollywood director that got big making a hit sit com, but I've come up with a plot for the sitcom that spans across six seasons, with at least two dozen episodes per season. I have also come up with several feature length movies and sometimes act out interviews about them. I have several other fantasies although none are quite as developed. I am wondering if this level of detail within my fantasies is normal.
