Is it normal that my fanny is fishy all the time?

Whenever I get changed in P.E I see the discust on peoples faces as they smell the fishiness of my fanny in the air...:/ I never used to notice until it became really strong. I wash it twice a day but it doesnt seem to make a difference. Im too embaressed to go to the doctors so I just deal with it. It smells quite discusting and it is becoming very bad. Even after Ive washed it I can still smell it. When my mum washes my towels she comments on how discusting it smells and asks 'How long since you put this in the wash?' and to tell you the truth it would of usually been yesterday. :S Please help, I am getting worried! IM DESPERATE!! :/
