NOT NORMAL. Sounds like its time to do a family meeting and get locks and get those "babys" theyre own rooms. Take a sttand. Make it clear. Reward them for theyre accomplishment, teach them a thing or two about privacy and take the hits.

Dude, how old are you? I've heard of strange family situations, but you have it weirder than "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." Move out whenever you can, and next time you use the bathroom, stand your ground and tell them to piss off whenever they try to enter at the same time. Don't let your grandmother use your room, period. You need to stick up for what you feel is right, or in your case, sanitary.

and i'm guessing you only have one bathroom?
if you have two, it's time to have the 2nd one as your own bathroom.

I would find that rather disturbing too. Of they want to act like that it's fine. But at least respect your views on it and let you use the bathroom privately.
