Is it normal that my family doesn't believe i have bed bugs ?

I know I have bed bugs because today I woke up with red dots on my arms and especially my feet. It was very itchy and at this moment it still itches. They first said they'll get me some itch cream but they didn't buy it.

They say " I can't see the bites there's only one that looks like a pimple it's from not showering "
That doesn't make any fucking sense because would pimples really itch ?
I take a shower neatly every day ! See.

But are those bed bugs , because my bed moving sometimes like creaking and the red dots as well as itching. How do I treat it?
