Is it normal that my face gets pins and needles?

Sometimes my face gets really tingly suddenly. It's only happened about 4 times and I've noticed that it happens when I get stressed, for example, on the train to school when I had exams that day. Also, sometimes my hands suddenly get really hot and red (not at the same time as the face thing though) when I'm not feeling hot or touching anything hot. So yeah, has this happened to anyone else??

    Have you had a neck or spine injury recently? If not, then it's probably just stress related. Try to relax more often.

    Sometimes my jaw and neck get pins and needles when i eat too much cheese at one time.

      thats weird! i actually have been eating alot of cheese lately, in fact, i had cheese about 2 minutes ago... o,o

    Possible Multiple Sclerosis or Diabetic neuropathy?

    Panic attacks/high anxiety can often cause this feeling you mention.
