Even a day after I wash it, it starts smelling so strongly that when I move it, I can smell it. I know it's gross (sorry) but is it normal? It doesn't show any other abnormal signs.. Just smells bad. :/

All piercings have that smell, but with smaller guage sizes it's not noticeable. Your eyebrow is probably pierced at a 14, when I switched to 14 gauge is when I started noticing the smell.
It's just the smell of the dead skin cells, soap that gets stuck in there, and whatever gets in it during the day. Piercings are essentially a constant wound. They shed skin faster because they're constantly trying to heal but prevented from healing because of the jewelry.
uhhm i dnt think its normal..i used to have one & never smelled..go ask were you got it done they might help because it might be some sort of infection..hole it helps(:
Your eyebrows are designed to keep sweat out of your eyes. My assumption is the ring is getting some of that stink. Or it's infected, that happens too.
But I don't have a piercing, what do I know? I suggest you email that place where you got it done and ask them.
