Is it normal that my ex tells everyone he broke up with me even though its the other way around? I broke up with him, we were together about two years. I left him because he was controlling, and boring. Now he stalks me. What is wrong with this person?

    I think it's normal bit a bit dickish.

    It saves him the embarrassment if he makes out that he dumped you.

    Because people usually look down on the person that got dumped, so to protect his ego he told everyone this lie.

    I want to know the psychological reason why. I don't really care what he tells people. I just want to know why he stalks then tells people its the other way around.

            Well I think that's it. You guys obviously had a bad break up and he wants to make you look bad to everyone. Maybe he's upset that you broke up with him, and he lost control over the situation.

        If he's controlling and he's telling everyone he broke up with you, those two sound like he suffers from low self-esteem.

        If he is lying its because he feels bad and is trying to save face. He probably told everybody and all his friends about you so he does not want everyone to know that you left him. This is probably for the following reasons 1.He will feel like an idiot 2.He fears they will make fun of them 3.That if anyone knows he might not be able to get another women. This situation kind of happened with me and my ex but it was not a big deal. We were still friends after and we use to argue about but it was not a huge deal and I did not care. I have way too many exes anyways. Not like it will hurt my reputation.
