Is it normal that my ex and i are closer than ever after this?

My ex who I use to love, probably still do got married shortly after our break up.. I ended things but I was angry and i never never thought it would end for real.. So its been two years since we spoke.. I've been so angry at him for moving on so fast.. So about two weeks ago I drunk texted him just with insults.. He called me the next day to meet up and everything was just how it use to be.. He was holding my hands like he used to.. Treated me like how he use to, we even went to the same spots we liked.. We had lots of fun.. He showed me pics of his daughter and told me everything about him that I don't know.. So ever since we have been so close, we make fun of each other, we call and text probably planning to meet up sunday for drinks.. (His idea) and im down for all that because he was my man that I use to love, even though he's taken.. Is it normal we are closer than ever..? No insults please just honest options thanks

    Sounds like you want to be the other woman, not cool. He's your ex for a reason. If you were married to him with a child would you be cool with this sort of thing going on with another woman?

      How about how I felt/still feel? His current was the other woman.. She trapped him by getting pregnant.. So im sorry but guilt is not an issue here.

        Hmm... well, that sucks! She sounds like a real skankasaurous rex, but if he cheated on you once then how do you know he won't do it again? Also thanks to his nasty two timing ways he's got the baggage of a bastard child which will be around forever and his skanky baby mama that will be around for at least another 18 years. I would be careful with his piece of shit ass if I were you.

    You have to understand he still and probably will always love or really like having you in his life in some form....so just let this natural flow happen..Dont push your agenda..Just let it play out.

    It seems like you're wanting more. There's still a lot of hurt feelings there, maybe you should talk about it and nix the alcohol. Find the silver lining and walk away with your dignity and after some times passed then see if a friendship is possible.
