Is it normal that my dizzy spells keep coming from last night?

Last night I got really high on super silver haze and I were walking in town earlier and a dissy spell just randomly came and I felt like I were pulling to the side + it keeps on randomly coming every now and then, could someone tell me if this is the weed or not please?

    i go to acupuncture and we have talked about this before...she says that when you smoke weed or drink heat from your lower stomach is released and travels up your body....i used to smoke all the time and then i got vertigo..which makes me dizzy all the time...so obviously i dont smoke anymore..but it does make sense...it could travel up your body quickly or slowly..and if its quick then it will make you dizzy and disorientated.
    crazy sounding i know, but it does kinda make sense. so it could possibly be the weed.
