Is it normal that my dick twitches and moves slightly

I've read the previous posts on here so I know some people says its normal, I have the usual twitching plus I can feel the ball bag shrinking and moving, plus I get irritated by the hair on my legs and sack.
All in all its a flipping nightmare trying to have a lie in or sleeping some people say they have this or that.
Imagine how I fee I seem to get all them :(
