Is it normal that my dad, thinks cheating is cool?

My dad practically has my step mom, on the brink of loosing her mind. He likes cheating on her, and she basically plays it off like there is nothing wrong in their relationship.

I and my sisters (NOT HER KIDS), know his two timing type on mentality, I basically hate... His girlfriend or whatever they are to him (They are two of them, if there is no third one yet!)

No offense, but I think he is a sex addict!
My step mom found out months ago, she forgave him and confronted him about cheating.
This was after she got a phone that he claimed got stolen - Traced.

The GF that had it is practically 19 years old and he is 44 y/o, and his other girlfriend is 31 y/o.

His wife (my step mom) is 33 y/o.

To cut a long story short:

He claims to have stopped seeing these ladies but I know otherwise so do our siblings, and I think his wife knows too.

But now, what I do 'cause my mom died ages ago though I'm 22, and in varsity. I can't help thinking if he may have contributed to my mom's death.

P.S I hate that him at times, in fact I can't say I have loved him since my mom died when I was 7.

    What a douche!

    Sex addict or not, there's absolutely no accuse for him to cheat on his wife. If he's that dissatisfied and had any balls, he would divorce his wife instead of stringing her along with his follies.

    Don't get involve in this. Keep in mind that this is no mormal behaviour and latter when you've build a family try not to repeat the same errors as your father.

    It's their relationship not yours. You need to get a life of your own!
    Your stepmom knows what's going on and still sticks around for more. She is enjoying feeding into this drama and is getting some sick fascination out of it herself.
    Just let them alone.

    He thinks he's a stud and is desperately trying to recapture his youth. He is very insecure and craves adoration. You lot and his wife all think he's a douche bag - and he knows it!

    If his wife knows, she will handle it in her own way. For all you know, she could be stashing the cash and cleaning out his accounts, ready to kick his @ss to the curb!

    People stay together for many reasons one of which is financial so maybe she wants your siblings up a bit before she bales out. We don't know but you stay out of it and do your best to support / listen to her.
