Is it normal that my cousin touched my sister?

My sister and i were talking about our past and how we were brought up in a very religious household, the rest of our family are crazy religious as well. Then she confessed that our cousin grabbed her vagina, she pushed him away and then he grabbed it again and she had to raise her voice even louder and said STOP! and then he did and left the room. they were both 10 at the time. shes 19 now and she said she must have blocked it out. shes wondering if that is consider assault or was it just some kid who didnt know any better?

      when i was 6 maybe 7, i saw a quick love scene in a movie and told my friend that i caught my parents doing it. he said he caught his parents also. Then the next thing i know he pulls out his penis and said suck it, like a lolipop. i did and we ended up getting naked.. kids see all and interpret them in many ways. i didnt know better back then but still went at it. theres girls getting their periods at 8 even 7. everything is fast now
