Is it normal that my cousin is too comfortable with me?

My first cousin tells me when he is horny, tells me when he wants sex, he told me that I better be glad I was his cousin, and tonight he ejaculated in front of me. These things were done different times, but I was wondering is it because he looks at me as one of the guys when he is intoxicated? he is intoxicated when he does these things.

he is to comfortable and he does not mean any harm 1

    he seems overly comfortable with you but if he's making you feel uncomfortable you should tell him (while he's sober)

    Honestly the "you better be glad your my cousin" remark could be quite creepy out of context :/
