I've recently noticed that my cock is somewhat shorter and narrower than it once was. I have had few sexual encounters over the past 3 years and I think that the lack of use has caused my cock to shrink. It was once about 5 inches or so. Now its only 4 1/2 inches. WTF??!!

    A very common cause of apparent shrinkage is weight gain. Have you gained weight? With weight gain, the penis doesn't actually shrink it just seems to and it's completely reversible with weight loss.

    The brain will normally exercise your penis while you sleep, and prevent shrinkage, but if you have a physical condition that limits blood flow, such as diabetes or a weak heart, then you may not get the exercise. If you really don't get good erections, see a urologist.

    It might be a hormone imbalance. If you're positive it has gotten smaller i suggest you go to a doctor.
