Is it normal that my co-worker adjusts himself when he talks to me....

whenever my male co-worker talks to me, he always adjusts himself. i know guys do this often but even when he walks past and says hello, he has to adjust. i am not offended or anything, i was just wondering if its normal for guys to adjust so often (about once an hour). or does he do it so i look at his crotch?

    I do it all the time but never in public. Although I was accused of it once when I'd just been to the bathroom and couldn't remember if I'd done my zip up. So I checked it and then got accused of touching myself!

    That is not acceptable. In fact that is harassment. Does he do this when other people are around with you?.
