I have an older brother that used to be mean to me. I finally got sick of it and the last time he messed with me I went straight for his nut sack. He don't mess with me anymore. He's kinda afraid of me now and that keeps him in line. I recommend you give your brother a swift kick in the balls every time he messes with you. And if your parents are anything like mine were, they are "tired of all the fighting" and will ignore your ball kicking because they don't want to deal with it and you won't get in trouble. Personally, getting in trouble for kicking my brother in his balls would be worth it.

Well, if your parents won't do anything about it then... I'd beat the shit out of him if I were physically able. If not, then I would recommend that you get a couple of dollars together ($10-$15), head to a local pawn shop and purchase a can of pepper spray and spray him in the face. You can also purchase some off of the internet. Stun guns are also pretty effective but ensure that you don't hold it on him for an extended period of time and in addition, if he has heart problems, I would not recommend this.

You can also tape this and get the police involved, but being that you're both minors, this might not achieve anything other than getting CPS stuck up your ass.

How old is this little shit? I don't (usually) advocate violence, but honestly you have to beat the shit out of him. I know you just said you "hit" him, but you NEED to beat the shit out of that insolent motherfucker to teach him a lesson.

if your parents cannot solve it.. you should seriously decide killing him while he is sleeping.. go into his room open the window while he sleeps then come back 2hours later stab him.
now you cano do two things.. either make it look like someone broke in and killed him and stole his stuff.
OR you can take him out burn him and then say he ran away from home.. or just burn his room and then phone the fire department
