Is it normal that my brother does this?...

He cries so often im about to go to his house and yell in a clown voice "Bozo's Here!!!!!" (he is afraid of clowns) He was a tattle as a kid (btw, he is older than me) I'd poke him or somthing stupid and he would start crying. I mean I go into his room to ask him a math question he'd say "Get out of my room" in a choking and crying voice. I mean he is the best tattle i know he would win the battle on the tattle. Also now-a-days I go to his house asking for an ingrediant or somthin he'd scream help me down the street... (Not even kidding)
