Is it normal that my brother didn't get into sex until he was 15

My younger brother is just starting to get into sex now. He's talking about it a lot and just a couple of minutes ago my mom walked in on him watching american pie. Before he thought sex was gross and didn't know too much about it. Now he says he wants to get laid by senior year. Is this normal that he got into sex this late? I remember I got into sex when I was 12.

    Umm... I think the problem is that you got into sex at an extremely young age. 15 is actually really young for a kid to want to have it but 12 is just... wrong. That is the age of child. Do you think children are supposed to be having intercourse with each other? That's chaos.

    But hey, I'm no one to be judging. You're little brother is completely normal. I don't know if I'd say the same for his big brother on the other hand.
