Is it normal that my brother acts like a jerk?

My brother is so disrespectful! Not just to me but to my parents and everyone in my family. And then when we go out he acts like such an angel to other people. And when we get in a fight and he has his friends over he will make fun of me in front of his friends and make jokes, then i get pissed off and his friends think that I am the jerk when really he has been bugging me all week! And he is such a pig. When I make something to eat and put it in the microwave then I go upstairs or out somewhere I will come back to find that he ate it. And his response is "Oh i didn't know." Well aren't you supposed to ask idiot??? Then he says "well Im a growing boy" and my parents agree with him. He is so inconsiderate. And when I yell after getting fed up with him he starts screaming at the top of his lungs stomping his feet. He hits me and then cries. He is such a baby. And my mom isn t really god at disciplining so she will just like yell but not do anything so he walks all over her. I know he is family but i am on the verge of HATING him! What do I do and IS IT NORMAL?????
