My boyfriend won't have sex with me. And I've kinda begged. I know his ex girlfriend has told him that he's "bad at sex" But honestly, I don't care. I love him and he turns me on anyway. So I think he'd be good no matter what. Anyway, is it normal?

    You can't force sex. "No means no" is something women have to obey too.

    You need to wait until HE is ready to take it to a sexual level. If you aren't willing to wait for him... you need to figure out what matters more to you... your relationship with him or whether or not you get laid.

    In the meantime go to an adult store and buy a toy while you wait for him to be ready.

    I've never had this problem, but I wonder if it's something deeper than what you may have considered? Instead of asking him, have you tried initiating sex? Maybe at an opportune moment? Or pull a guy move, like somethin subtle with another intention?
