me and my boyfriend have had problems.people always try to break us up.people are always in our business.about a year and a half ago i broke up with him for someone else.he got revenge and got wit someone else so basically we both kinda cheated.ever since then we have both been trying to mend our relationship.that is really hard to do when people stay in our business .his so called friends say some really negative things about him so i have been accusing him.i went through his phone without him knowing and i didnt find anything so i decided to trust him because he tried to tell me before that he wasnt doing anything wrong.my parents say really negative things about his family and him.this time my parents cossed the line and said something that tore him apart.now he wants a break from me because he says he cant handle all the hate they have towards him anymore.is it normal?

    nope, you broke it off, so it's not cheating. cheating is hooking up with somebody else WHILE you still are in a relationship.

    you should tell him what his friends say, confront him, you shouldn't have accused.

    what? what? your parents crossed the line and said something that tore him apart? what exactly did they say? talk to your parents, ASK THEM WHY THEY HATE HIM AND HIS FAMILY SO?

    he wants a break? yeah. it's normal. he's under pressure. it's up to you to understand WHY he's hated so much. and it's up to him to want to keep the relationship going with you.

    Taking a break is code for = I want to fuck around with other people but if it goes bad I want to have something to come back to. So you are AKA Back up plan. Do not take this. If he says that just dump him. This goes for any man or woman. Anyone who says this shit is using you. You do not deserve to be a "Back up plan". You deserve to be the "ONLY ONE". Say you do not need him and you deserve to be treated right. Not like a back up whore. Though yes this is very common.

    Most of the information about him would probably have been given to your parents by you and his parents by him? So if your pissed with him and you have a rant to your parents the that's the picture they get. I do get why he needs a break maybe it's good to level you guys out and miss each other and to start fresh.
