For people that don't know what a PA is, it's a penis piercing.
If he really wants to get one and he's doing it for himself and not because you want it then I don't see what's wrong with it.

There are a couple of types of penis piercing. I had the frenom piercing and enjoyed it for a couple of years before I decided to take it out, however the prince albert piercing seems MUCH more painful, and I could never find a reason to get that one!

How much experience does your bf have with body mod? Because honestly, I wouldn't want to advise him to do it if he isn't ready for the pain.
I had this friend in college. Crazy punk guy. Huge plugs, he stretched his fucking lip to a 6 or something at one point, he could spray drinks out of it. He did a self brand of a wolf paw on his arm. Got a bridge piercing one day just for the hell of it. Dude had a ridiculous pain tolerance. Couldn't keep his prince albert in.

I voted normal because it's his body and he should be able to do whatever he wants with it.
