Is it normal that my boyfriend said he wanted to molest me?

I was talking to my boyfriend on the phone about seeing him the next day. We were talking somewhat dirty, we haden't seen each other for a while and we knew what we were go to do once we met up. But instead of saying "I can't wait to have sex with you" or something along those lines, he said "I want to molest you as soon as I see you." A little background, he is 10 years older than me and a superior in our company. I never felt like there was any inequality in our relationship despite our age/positions, but his comment came across as slightly weird to me and made me a little uncomfortable. He does call me baby girl sometimes, but it has always just seemed like a cute nickname to me and nothing to do with our age difference.
