We've been dating (and sleeping together) for just over 9 months now. I go down on him pretty often but has never been down on me in the whole relationship. If he doesn't like doing it surely I shouldn't force him?

    No difference here... Talk to him about it, find out if he's fundamentally against it etc etc. If he is, there's nothing you can do really. It getting that kind of attention means that much to you, and he's absolutely not into it, maybe he's just not for you. Sure you can withhold oral from him if you like... but for what? Sounds a bit petty to me. Some people just don't like giving oral. (Indeed I just answered a gentleman who had the OPPOSITE problem - he didn't like receiving but loved to give... maybe you should go find him hehe)
