Is it normal that my boyfriend is like the girl in the relationship?

Well I've been going out with this guy who everyone thinks is this major tough guy but he's actually really sensitive and sweet and caring. He always says how much he loves me and I love him just as much so I tell him but he sometimes has like moodswings, like one minute he'll be all "I love you more then anything I'm so happy we are together" and the next he'll be like "do you even like me anymore? You sure don't seem like it even though I still like you...." I've never been the girl to express my feelings, so I guess sometimes I'm a little shy and can't say anything from out of the blue such as "love you!" and stuff... But he's totally like that and he's totally an open book when it comes to that (the opposite of me)
So he's kind of the girl in the relationship because he has these random moodswings, he's kinda clingy (but I like a guy who's a little clingy), and he's way more expressive about what he feels at that point (dw I'm not puttin down my fellow females, I'm just sayin)
The more I see this it scares me a little because my parents are exactly the same, and he even has my dads name (isn't that creepy?) he doesn't go by it though, he goes by his mid name...

What the fuck are you talking about (lissoo1) ?!

If you don't show any fucking emotions that it gets really annoying and he's tired of giving all up to you and you don't even say something back.

It gets old when you're being with someone that never show you affection. you get like '' wtf, does she even like me?!''

    He's not really to blame

wow, how rude. It's not her fault if she's shy, jeez. Maybe she COULD be more expressive but is it really necessary to be so aggressive?

  • He ain't girly, and its not a moodswing, if you don't show your feelings for him, hes gonna wonder if you still even like him, if he tells you he loves you alot then he does and i'm just the same.........perhaps even more curious if my girl likes me cuz shes kinda the same unless we're txtin :P its great that hes like that tho, lose your shyness & he wont ask if you still like him

He's very insecure and the tough guy act is his overcompensation.

Leave him - he is an emotional vampire. He will co-depend on you until you are so drained of any feeling for yourself or anyone else. For god sake DO NOT get pregnant and have children with him - he will haunt you all your life - LEAVE before it is too late

My ex boy was a crier....I'm all about a guy being able to express their feelings but we could even have a conversation without him bursting into tears ...got to be way too much for me to handle.
