I love my boyfriend with all my heart but lately he has been hitting me a lot more than he usually does. It's usually when I say something he doesn't agree with, or even when something simple happens like a grammatical mistake. It's like he's not even the person I fell in love with.
And now I can't break up with him because when I've tried he threatens to kill me. I don't know what to do!

    Get to a women's shelter at least for counselling if you are not ready to leave. You can also talk to a lawyer or police. His behaviour is not only "Not Normal" - he is a CRIMINAL.

    A grammatical mistake? I hope this is a troll. If not, no it is not normal for him to hit you for any reason. Unless you have a gun to his head or something.

    By continuing to live with him you're becoming his accomplice more than his victim because you are allowing him to hurt you. I know that it's difficult to get out of hell like this but not impossible. Be strong and think of you first.

    Find any way to get away. Find somewhere to go where he won't find you and go there. If you think it would be safer, leave without even telling him you're leaving.

    Get out of this relationship as soon as you possibly can. If you don't live with him, great. If you do, arrange alternative accommodation before you tell him, so that you have somewhere to go.

    Also, tell someone about what is going on. Family, friends, whoever. But someone.
