Is it normal that my boyfriend has no head on his penis?

So my boyfriend is circumcised but his penis has no head. The tip is still super sensitive but it hurts him if we have sex without a condom. Anyone know any reasons for not having a head?

    Unfortunately, this symptoms usually comes from a person who has HIV. Make sure you to let him have a HIV test, or make him ware a condom all the time when you have sex with you.
